We only collect information you provide to us so that we may provide our services to you.  This includes your name, address, phone #’s.  If you are financing any of our services or products we may also collect social security #’s, birthdates, employment and home equity related information.  We NEVER sell or give your information to anybody.  Only Mitchell Mechanical authorized staff members have access to critical information about our valued customers.

How does Mitchell Mechanical, Inc. protect customer information?

We never collect critical information over the internet/online.  Instead we will take critical information (social security #’s etc) over the phone and the information is stored in our secure on sight server. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access by the use of management usernames and passwords.

What about "cookies"?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Mitchell Mechanical, Inc. disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
