Mark Potensky, President

Mark has over 27 years of experience, 20 at an executive level managing manufacturing & design businesses in the highly controlled aerospace/aircraft industry. An industry that requires extreme accuracy in planning & engineering, stringent quality standards, exceptional manufacturing processes, on-time deliveries, and huge amounts of customer satisfaction. In addition, Mark’s strengths are in sales & marketing, engineering, operations and customer service. He is passionate about improving market share, driving timely deliveries, improving process & quality all while promoting professionalism and the desire to deliver a quality product as promised to our customers. With an architecture and mechanical engineering background along with his business management experience, Mark will add a welcome mix at the helm to the existing industry expertise at Mitchell Mechanical.


Steve O’ Neill , COO

Steve has over 30 years of experience working in high level operations, project management and business development for large companies including Starbucks and the Walt Disney Company. Most recently Steve has built and led highly effective support teams for Starbucks during periods of immense growth. Working with Mitchell Mechanical is an opportunity for Steve to bring many years of large company experience and expertise to a small and growing company while being a part of an exciting and very important area of building technology.


Josh Mitchell, Director of Operations & Hydronics Specialist

Josh began his career as an electrician and started installing hydronic radiant floor heating systems in both commercial and residential applications in the late 90’s. He has commissioned industrial boilers on projects like Lincoln Tower, Children’s Hospital, Providence Everett Hospital, Seattle Center Central Plan, Swedish Hospital, Bank of America Tower, and Polar Tankers. He also has been hired to work on and maintain The Seattle Marnier’s boiler system at Safeco Field. Josh has a very diverse experience set and has designed estimated and integrated highly complex HVAC systems. Josh’s goal is to make Mitchell Mechanical the Pacific NW leader in energy efficient HVAC system integration and installation.


Geoff McBride, Director of Marketing & Business Development

Geoff has over 15 years of sales, marketing, business development and customer relationship experience. Geoff came to Mitchell Mechanical to promote the company’s sustainable business mission and to help the company become the preeminent leader in emerging HVAC technologies in respect to integration in both commercial and residential buildings. He helps explain to customers the financial benefits and return on their investment in terms of energy savings offset by energy efficient design and integration. Geoff believes that superior customer service both before and after the project is completed is what ultimately separates this company from its competition.

 

Lawrence Mayotte, Sr. Project Manager

Larry has 10 years of project management, estimating, installation, and sales experience in residential, commercial, and industrial work environments. Larry came to Mitchell Mechanical to help promote the sustainable building practices he acquired while working for Johnson Controls, one of the nation’s premier energy efficient building controls contractors. With the customer as Larry’s focus, he strives to ensure satisfaction through each phase of a project. Safety, precision, sustainability, and performance are Larry’s target objectives for every project.
